Setup for Outlook Express 5.0 for Macintosh

Go to your folder that contains Outlook express 5.0, it should look like this.

STEP ONE - If this is the first time you open the program, The Microsoft First Run installer which will load the needed software into your system folder. It may take a minute so hang in there!
Click here for step one Enter your name and the click on the right arrow to continue.

STEP TWO Type your email address with your Internet Service Provider, example: homer@gnt.net or Click here for step two

STEP THREE Click here for step three Make sure that POP is slected in the incoming option in the middle of the screen.

incoming mail box: pop.gnt.net
outgoing mail box: smtp.gnt.net

STEP FOUR Type your user name and password in the boxes provided. Note your user name is the first half of your email address.

STEP FIVE Click here for step five After you inter the information in the box for account name you are done.
