Outlook Express Setup for Macintosh
Step one. Launch outlook express on your macintosh. Go to the edit menu and go down the list to preference. The window should look like this.

Step two. On the left side of the window, select E-mail under Accounts, on the right side of the screen fill in the blocks for Full name and E-mail address. Note: the email address is ALL in lower case.
Step three. In the Sending Mail box inter: smtp.gnt.net
Step four. In the Receiving Mail boxes inter in the Account ID: username
In the box for POP Server inter: pop.gnt.net
Step five: To setup News groups on gulfnet go to the second catagory under Accounts,
